Atkins Woodworking, LLC has been building custom furniture, kayaks, home furnishings and beyond in Montgomery County, MD for nearly a decade. Constructing bench slats has taken over the shop in recent years, leading to overhauling the shop specifically to tackle efficient process and production.
I received traditional woodworking instruction at RIT and have a BFA in fine woodworking. I have since gained real word experience building my own home and launching of K+A Design Co.
Life these days is a balance between a full-time job, 40+ chickens, gardens, three dogs, and my kids. My "me" time these days is when I'm in my shop filling orders.
